1. Scope of the Agreement

2. Exampaper service

2.1 Test Paper Bao may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation. If you obtain the software or the installation program with the same name as the software from a third party that is not authorized by the Exampaper, the Exampaper cannot guarantee that the software or service can be used normally, and is not responsible for the loss caused to you.

2.2 In order to provide you with better services, Test Paper Bao may update the application from time to time (the update may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.), or change or limit some functions and effects of the software. 3. Account system

5. User Specifications

5.1 User Content Specification

You shall not use the Exampaper to publish, spread or engage in (including but not limited to) the following behaviors:

(3) Damage to national honor and interests.

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability.

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes.

(9) Contains content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and regulations.

5.2 User Code of Conduct

You must not have the following behaviors when using the Exampaper:

(1) Reverse-engineer, disassemble, and decompile Exampaper, or try to obtain the source code of Exampaper in other ways.

(2) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, build mirror sites, etc.

6. Third-party products and services

7. Intellectual property rights

7.2 Without the written permission of the company or relevant rights holders, you shall not conduct or permit any third party to infringe the above intellectual property rights.

9.3 You understand and agree that if your misconduct results in a complaint, a claim or administrative punishment on the Exampaper, you should compensate for all the losses suffered by the Exampaper.

10. Special agreement

10.1 Test Paper Bao will do its best to ensure that the products and services are safe, effective, accurate and reliable. However, it may be affected or interfered by a variety of factors, resulting in the following problems (including but not limited to) in the services provided by Test Paper Bao:

(1) The services provided cannot meet your needs.

10.2 Force majeure includes but is not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, parades, strikes, and other network service interruptions caused by reasons beyond the control of the company. The company will try its best to minimize the losses you suffer.

12.4 If some provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
